Quote returns "null"

I'll provide more info if i can figure anything out, but I've tried to use the quote function and it just comes up as "null" and doesn't actually quote the person.

So if I go into Chromes options on mobile and "request desktop version" it works fine - seems like it might be an issue or quirk with the mobile version of the site being delivered to Chrome.
