You can also shift right click on an equipped piece and it'll switch it out with the first corresponding item in your inventory. This functions on live.

Yes, I've also experienced this. Completed the quest Sunday afternoon and it didn't reset for me this week. Do we know when the Weekly quests are suppose to reset (i.e. Sunday or Monday morning)?
