• edit the user.dat file and change the values of screen_height and screen_width or you can delete the user.dat file but you'll lose every daoc setting, including keyboard settings etc.

• check your spam folder, for some reasons their emails usually go there

• when you get banned, the email they send to you says the reason and how long it will last.
