I voted yes but only under uber strict conditions requiring first a pre-quest (kill all level 80+ mobs in game) Then only level 70+ mobs grant xp towards your 50x2 level.

Look at the threads with the posted breakpoints and testing in between and you will see its not linear. That's the whole idea behind 'breakpoints' the point at which the difference in dex/cast stats at the decimal level changes the actual cast speed.

Welcome back. For PVE EC accounts do make good block bots (pally/valk/warden). Not terribly hard to get them to R5 either for MOB9, rr5 and purge.

On that list, there isn't a class melee or caster that can beat a reaver of even close proximal rr and skill level. Others, okay. If they do anything to block they need to nerf reavers.
