Transfer does not include items?

Hello: I was dismayed to find out that /freexfer yesterday from Mordred to Ywain2 did not include my equipped items, why?
All my other characters from Bors to Ywain1 included everything; equipped, inventory, vault.
Is this a bug? Can I get them all back? I do NOT want to start this naked lvl 48 all over again
