    when you get banned, the email they send to you says the reason and how long it will last.

    check your spam folder, for some reasons their emails usually go there

    i did, nothing was sent to me. i checked deleted/spam/etc - no emails from Broadsword on ban

    It's because daoc can't receive or send Microsoft emails ATM. I had to request it via gmail
