Need some Help...Please

Hello Support,
I have contacted support@darkageofcamelot.com 2 times already with nothing in return about 2 characters I transferred to Live server Ywain 8 last Wed (4/15/20) and nothing has happened yet and nobody has gotten with me and nobody has responded to me on here either. Is anybody working? I just activated my account after 11 years and I'm seriously considering just shutting it down for good and not looking back ever again! in addition I haven't received any of the bonuses returning players receive after 5+ years of being away. I'm usually the most laid back person but this is absolutely ridiculous! Can an admin message me with any help on these matters? Patiently waiting....

    UPDATE: So apparently the 2 Characters are no longer on the archived servers and the transfer has been completed today 4/21/20 but I didn't receive an e-mail that the transfer was completed, however finally after so many days of waiting it's finally happened. Return bonuses to await.
