Shaman missing spells

I read the patch notes on the herald:

There is no note about "Escape Hold" being removed from the game.
I spoke to 3 other people and they said it's no longer in their Cave spell list either.

Whats up?

*note this is the 10 second cast, 5 minute reuse for single target cure root.

My guess is they removed it to make cc more worthwhile. Would go with the extended radius and slight increase in durations of the mezz

Id like an official response saying this was intended instead of an ability just disappearing from the game.

Better off using discord tbh you can get a response much faster directly pming or @ing 1 of staff
