Shamans should benefit from brain-buff.

I have never really understood why brain buff doesn't effect shamans. Is it designed that way, or is it because their heals would be OP? My particular interest is for damage purposes. I'd settle for piety buff affecting damage but not heals. It never made much sense to me all these years what the issue is.

    They have a short timered self brain buff. Shaman don't need ANYTHING more. They are a broken class as is.

    A lot of people have Nerf...and you know it. I've killed on my Sham and I've died to Shams.../shrug it happens in this game.
