I need the artifact that my chants are area wide instead of grp wide, and preferably hallowed hat

    Crocodile tooth ring will make your chants aoe.

    There are better hats both stat wise and use wise.

    For example ow10 helms.

    You can always use the mtx to skin items for a certain look.

    thanks but i like the hallowed hat not just for looks but rather its procs and such, just those 2 items i want with atleast 101 str,con, and max AF and hits...
