Returning player trying to get my main account

I've put an email in to support and I am lost in this world without my main account. @Carol_Broadsword, they tell me you are the only one that can help. Where do I go from here? I have tried linking the account repeatedly, it keeps saying "Account can't link" to my main accounts.
