Are bounty point quests done?

Ive done the 4 in Hesperos and 3 on the island in meso(sp?) killing the tritons and I cant get the ones in Aerus. Nobody in Green Glades (Eliana) or Inarus will give me the 45 - 50 ones. Am I not doing something I should be?

Thanks, I figured it out. I had to go back and get the To The Delta quest.
