What is the most obtainable stealth setup by newer player?
As a new NS, with no gear, no equipment leveling a new toon.
AND with all the stealth pop skills, and RAs and abilities, and gear, what is the best Stealth setup to avoid getting caught?
if you read general advice I believe its a composite score of 39 + 11 to get to 50 but what I'm reading is really you need something like 70 stealth etc.
so level to 50 + all the bonuses you can get?
and then also throw on MOS? what else?
or what is the best guidance?
