Im a champion at lvl 50 and champion lvl 15. Where can in go and train champion level abilities?

Sorry for the newb question. But where can i go to spec my champion level abilities?
I am a lvl 50 champion at champion lvl 15 and master level 10.
I tried the Champion trainer in Mag Mell but it doesnt work. Neither does the Guardian trainer in Mag Mell. Or the champion trainer in TNN.
What have i missed?
