Item Database?

So I reopened my account for Endless Conquest, just to fool around, and my temp for my vamp, while actually still not bad, could probably use updating if I wanna do anything but zerging. I looked at the DAoC Utils site and found plenty of temps to start from (like this one: https://daocutils.com/templates/c7c4ee94860adbab00b140071f2fe0639b2fba43), but I don't know how you get these items. Is there an up-to-date item database somewhere the would also say where these items can be found?

  • This is a great question. The skinny is that no database also says where everything is found (like kazam did). You can google the item and it will 99% of the time give you a hit where its found.

However, the real answer is that most items can be found (also on housing) when dropped by the corresponding MOB, as part of a quest reward (Otherworldly/Curse), or can be bought with game currency (bountypoint crafting/blood seals/dragonscales/glass/aurulite exchange merchants).

It's likely that if it is a good/coveted item, you can bountycraft it, so for somewhere around 50-125k bps and a plat or two, it's yours. Bountycraft is a new crafting skill that everyone gets at 0 skill so no need to skill up.

The merchants that sell the higher level loot are the dragonslayer merchant in the capital city, the darkness falls merchant down the steps in DF (each side has one), the SI dungeon merchants at the entrance (if you have SI currency) and the curse merchants in the entrance to the cavern accessible through your dragon zone. When the traveling merchants are in game they also sell items for platinum.
