Returning player

I have tried unsuccessfully to get back my old accounts. I have given player names, cd #'s, real name that was used to setup the old accounts. Have no clue what address I was living on at the time let alone the phone numbers - BUT player names and 2 cd #'s should have been enough?
I played this game when it first came out - before all the shrouds and toa came out.
