Is it possible to transfer a character from one account to another?

I have a skald on my main account, I need it on a different account for resist buffs. Is it possible to have BS transfer it?

Not possible although it used to be before. I just leveled another skald

It has been, I don't remember the reasons for closure of this, I'm in need of a transfer. But for some odd reason they cannot just re enable it.

it used to be 4 toons to a new account for 40$

i had to do that when my kids "stole" my first account lol
