Can't buy the Skull mask on Hibernia?

I tried to purchase the Skull mask : Hibernia and it said i don't meet the requirements? why?

    Is the character a warden? Wardens are currently unable to purchase these patterns due to issues with them. We are working on a fix for this. I am sorry for the inconvenience this is causing!
