Apparently the quest knot disappears from quest givers when you have a full journal. This is problematic when trying to follow a curse bg, not getting or even being able to see that there is a quest available, especially when its the needed quest to keep up with the bg. I feel like this needs to be addressed somewhat urgently. Not being able to get another quest is one thing but not being able to see that there is a quest available to be gotten is another.

Maybe show a red knot on all quest if quest journal is full?

Also how about removing the knot from the RVR quest givers head after you have all of his quests.
