Linked accounts
I opened a new account with a sub and submitted a request to get back my chars on an old account I had long ago lost all the info for. Support was fantastic in helping me get back my old account and I was able to link the 2 accounts. My question is that my old account shows as closed and I'm unable to access my chars that I want to transfer. Will I have to pay for another sub just to retrieve my old chars from the archived servers?
