I think it would be better if the quest was not to take all 3 keeps but to instead take the two enemy keeps and increase the defense bonus (similar to ghost keep).
I feel this would give more incentive for groups to form up and defend these keeps instead of this "Let them take it so we can get credit" mentality that is currently happening. Just my thoughts on it, maybe someone can come up with a better idea?
