I highly disagree with this. I think it would just lead to, in a sense, PVE farming. Yes the guards are located in an RVR zone however it's surprisingly easy to kill a bunch of guards and move on. RPS for guards is not a good idea in any way. Bes…

Or just remove the RP bonus and make that RP bonus a realm loyalty bonus tied to an account that begins as soon as the account earns 1 rp.

They aren't overpowering and don't contribute to making the healer any more over the top than it already is. That is exactly why that should remain the only access to melee healers have given what they currently have access to.
