PC Compatibility & Customer Support

Hey there, I've recently purchased a monthly subscription to play DAoC on my partner's computer. It runs through Microsoft; After downloading the Client, I see no thumbnail or any indication the download was successful unless I re attempt the download. It says it's already on my computer and asks if I'd like to delete it. I've tried contacting customer support with my gmail; getting an automated response back stating they aren't able to read microsoft domain e mails. So I created a Yahoo e mail and still the same message. I'm trying not to get frustrated, as I already paid and am not even able to contact customer service to get this resolved. Does anyone have any insight on this situation? Thanks. -Alex
