There's always an uptick in pop right after a buff. You'll learn how to live with AOE Stun.

I believe this is an undocumented change: The delve on the USE2 of the Cloak of the Loyal Cleric is now 5%. It was 10% as of the notes in 1.124D, but it is 5% now. I think this was an unintended nerf.

@RonELuvv I mean that half-seriously, but right now Alb is pretty much reliant on Tics to tread water outside of stealth zergs. That, and the tons of OP items that are equal across the board, so by nature weigh much more significantly for the weaker…

@RonELuvv Nope, I don't want mirroring. Just balance. The topic is also appropriate in an environment where Mids are taking all the oxygen in the room trying to nerf this, get that, buff this, and succeeding at an alarming rate. My idea for Fi…

Probably better to nerf Vamp CW than add too much more to Savage. The Savage didn't get CW because the class needed it, but because Midgard campaigned for it (with no real justification, mind you). Savages and Vamps put out much more damage than Min…

+33% cast time *** is what I meant. Yes, I know what each and every ability Warlocks have does. And not everyone has WP9, lol. you also seem to forget the extra bolt in earth that's often the killing blow at long range on a caster ... It's 10…

Delete all the other comments folks, that's the answer to the OP!

You're amused by a dry list of abilities. Interesting! In Alb people still love Fire Wizards, but I'm sure they would love Curselocks even more. Dark Runies and Fire Wizards might need a few buffs.
-
You move at, I think, 268 units base, without sprint, per second. With Charge you can close 1650 range in 3-4 seconds. Moving out of ST is a non-issue. Once it's down and you get snared again, that's a diff story.

Exactly, that's why I think it's better to compare Fire Wizards to Warlocks rather than Elds or Runies. Wizard players would probably get a handle on them quick.

Whoops. Slipped on that one. Elds couldn't debuff for their own damage before. The Energy debuff in Void was 49 spec and there was no Energy DD in Mana. Now there is, and the Energy debuff is at 46 spec, giving them bolts and making them a primar…

On it's own it's strong, but considering how weak Alb is as a realm otherwise, it's worth waiting to see how things pan out.

You do get +4 percentage points melee buff, melee resist and evade, how does that balance out?

Maybe buff XBow and Thrown to a point where they're somewhat useful

Your results don't include resist rates, and they also break the casting hard cap, which hints at an error. The cast time is probably more like 1.03-1.04, and there is a higher resist rate at play. If you found Body spec DPS to be lacking by comp…

Damn that 1414 point heal - +70% heal buffs is nice

Also my understand is that hybrid nukes have a higher resist rate. I've heard 5%, but also see tests claiming 3%. This applies to snare nukes as well.
