  Actually, there are still issues with repairing and buildings not leveling like they are supposed to.

  Smeger on the official DAOC twitch been trying to repair for ~5 min. No wonder mids didn't leave this CK all weekend. They just sat in there RP farming the walls.

  From what I understand the keep was still under siege, dragon was still active, and their was continual wall repair for RP's which would continually degrade due to the features of the event.
  
  Of course once the dragon leaves the keep should return to normal status and should be repairable. But that wont net you 200k rps in repairs in a night .

  Initially this was correct, but was fixed so no rps could be gained from repeated repairing.
  
  If you watch the stream you will see dragon is gone, no extra rp buff and no dragon.
