Returning Player - Characters Missing

I can't seem to find my character. I've checked all the servers and the legacy servers. The last time I played was just after EA bout Mythic and the servers were condensed into the three(???) super clusters.

    My character are listed if I do a character search on the website, but they aren't on the archived server like they should be

    Did you have several accounts? If you checked the archived server and all live servers, and your characters are not there, the most likely reason is that they are on a different account. Please send an email to our Account Support team (support@darkageofcamelot.com) with a brief description of the issue and all details you remember about the missing characters; they can help you finding out if they are on a different account!
