Can't access the Rift

Hello!
When I try to access the Rift in TNN it tells me I do not meet the requirements...What could be wrong?

    That area has had access restricted with the Curse Campaign. It is now exclusively for the Curse line of quests. Access is now in Sheeroe Hills. Speak to Supreme Eldritch Cystilla to begin the Curse Campaign.
