Guild banner's
I think they should be looked at to make them more useful and and to cause more guilds to use them in rvr.
Correct me of im wrong but right now when you summon one you get a random buff today our buff was 20% celeirty and we were full caster grp so it was useless to us.
I think if we could choose the type of buff it gives more people would use them. Right now it is rare as heck to see one out. I dont think this will be game breaking and will help get more guild banner's added the our houses.
If anyone has a better idea feel free to add your imput on this.

They really just need to remove the 24 hour timer after the banner has been captured.
Minstrel is siege speed which is useful, but not really needed with the new siege chant.
