Resubbing issue?

I just tried to activate an account that I closed paid for it like I usually do and it still says closed when I try to log in?? anyone else facing this issue?

    I’ve had issues like this in the past, ensure you didn’t re-up the wrong account. There’s a drop down top right to select the account. I agree they really need to take a look at the layout, it’s not intuitive at all or user friendly. Sometimes when you pay it boots you to a default EA page. Also returning from PayPal authorization page usually doesn’t work either.

    My friend accidentally resubbed his UO account when trying to come back.
