Not getting Champion exp

Unfortunately I'm not getting Champion exp on a lot of my characters spread across a few accounts. Anyone know why or how to fix it? Really need CL15 cloak for templates

where are you xping ? you might not get cl xp if you are xping in some places

I'm stuck at Champion level 6.2 on all my characters. It's definitely a bug. Reported yesterday morning and today. I've waited 8-10 hours in game after Emergency appeals. Wish I could get some help
