Not getting Champion exp

Unfortunately I'm not getting Champion exp on a lot of my characters spread across a few accounts. Anyone know why or how to fix it? Really need CL15 cloak for templates :(

    Yeah please appeal ingame using the emergency/character options, and a CSR will sort you, please @Pyrodox :)

    where are you xping ? you might not get cl xp if you are xping in some places
    Stor Hurfru Muylasav, wildly swinging arms around. Vicomte Muylock, calling curses on enemies. Baron Muylaetrex, Undead guy. Baronet Muylaetrix, calling upon winter storms. Baronet Facetothewallmuppet, support type standing with his face to the wall most of the time. Baronetess Yovonne, taxi. some other chars with names starting with Muyl.

    I'm stuck at Champion level 6.2 on all my characters. It's definitely a bug. Reported yesterday morning and today. I've waited 8-10 hours in game after Emergency appeals. Wish I could get some help
