    I always hate when people talk about giving 110% effort. It's just stupid.

    Nothing goes over 100% as far as win rate. This does not require a college degree.

    i completely agree on the mathematics part. managers asking to do 110% or 200 % is just plain **** rhetoric and makes me laugh (i got fired over this...) , i'm more than happy with people doing 90 % of the best they can do. ask Usain Bolt to sprint at 110 % on his next run, right, it won't happen. no way hen or anyone else can do 100 m and shave of 1 second. it just doesn't make sense. ... marketing people ... idiots.
