Dreaded Seals in solo game

Hi everyone,

since some years I am back and i have one question concerning the dreaded seals. I do remeber top get them from slaying mobs in the Labyrinth. Is there still a chance that every mob drops some? I tried for a while but got none. I read that keep commanders and epic mobs in frontier drop them but is there still the option to farm them solo? And where?

    The only other place I've seen besides Labyrinth is Ellan Vannin.

    This is true Laby and Ellan Vannin are the places they drop....
