Mauler Template Fist Wraps
You can use any weapon in this template. It has legendary weapons for the matter debuff. It also has 8% casting speed and 101 dex which isn't bad. I'm sure you could make this work somehow for a caster mauler. This was posted on Postcount a while ago, so I thought I would post it here for everyone. Just moving all my templates over to help the community out.
