Dread Lord bugged

hello, i recently discovered that the Dread Lord is doing less damage then the Dread commander w/ 2h axe. Ive tested this out on dummies, npc and players. Each time with no buffs on the Dread Commander w/ 2h axe, he would do on average 20-50 more damage a swing then the Dread Lord. On players, the Dread Lords AF debuff had no effect on players either. The Dread Sweep move for the Dread lord would only give +35-+60 on the move. The Dread commanders attack would do over 100 on commanding strike.
