Guild coats of arms

Gilda Crna Ruka Ywain 6.
The Guild emblem has been changed. In Guild I am alone, nobody can have changed it and I haven't changed it.
I would like the old emblem to be replaced please or to be told how to proceed.
I have already tried talking to the coats of arms's NPC about but it doesn't allow me to do anything..
