How do you use the new recipes and molds?

It's a tradeskill. Go to your Specializations (standard keyboard config is P), at the bottom of the window are your tradeskills. Find the entry for Bountrycrafting, and drag and drop it to your hotbar. Click on the icon on your hotbar, and the recipe window pops open!

If you do not see the tradeskill entry for Bountycrafting, make sure you are using the standard game interface. If you are using this interface, try joining a trade order, and see if that makes the entry pop up. Should that not work either, please open an Emergency Appeal ingame with a brief description of the issue, or send me the name and server of the character that you cannot access Bountycrafting with!
